SRI LANKA ARMY SERVICE CORPS - 7TH REGIMENT

With the establishment of the 6th Sri Lanka Army Service Corps in the Mullaittivu area, the 620 Composite Squadron was covered by Kilinochchi duties to meet the needs of the supply and transport needs of the Army personnel stationed in Kilinochchi with the emergence of the Security Forces Headquarters in Kilinochchi, the need to deploy more and more military installations in the Mankulam, Thunukkai, Pooneryn, Vishwamadu and Ambakkam areas captured by the terrorists has emerged.

At present, the 7th SLASC is well established in the camp area, with a great deal of dedication by the commanders and other staff who have been on duty in the past. As a result, the unit is now fully organized and in the area. Shoulder to shoulder with the other units in place,

Accordingly, the following Squadrons have been established by the 7th Sri Lanka Army Service Corps covering the Kilinochchi Territory to facilitate the transport and transport duties effectively and efficiently.

General Transport Squadron - Wasantha Nagar-Iranamadu
710 Composite Squadron - Thunukkai
720 Composite Squadron - Punarin
