The Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps celebrated its 31st Anniversary on 15th January 2021 at the Regimental Headquarters Werahara.
The day’s events started with guard turnout given to the Director General Army Health Services and Colonel Commandant of the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps Brig PAC Fernando USP at the RHQ SLAMC.
Religious ceremonies of all religions were held at the RHQ premises to bless for success and prosperity of the Regiment. After the religious ceremony Colonel Commandant planted a Mango sapling in the premises of the Headquarters which was followed by an All Ranks tea.
The programme was conducted adhering to health safety guidelines and social distancing practices.
