Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps Seva Vanitha branch celebrated Poson festival 2019 as the most sacred holiday on the Sri Lankan Buddhist calendar.
The event was taken place in the premises of the Army Hospital Colombo on 16 June 2019. Venerable Diyasenpura Wimala Thero conducted the Dhamma Sermon for all the staff of the Hospital.
The Colonel Commandant of Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps Maj Gen SH Munasinghe RWP RSP VSV USP, President of Medical Corps Seva Vanitha Branch Brigadier DTN Munasinghe USP, Medical Corps Centre Comdt, Director Army Hospital and Senior Officers of Medical Corps and about 400 members of SLAMC were present for this event.
