The 3 Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps celebrated their 20th anniversary on 1st March 2019 at Nelukkulama – Anuradhapura. Concurrence to the 20th Anniversary the Regiment 3 SLAMC has organized the following events.
A. Alms giving to “Asoka Children Home”.
B. Softball Cricket and Volleyball tournament.
C. “Dhamma Deshana” and “Bodhi Pooja”.
On the Coy Day a guard turnout was given to the 3 SLAMC Commanding Officer Maj (Dr) WMHS Weerasooriya followed by a Parade. After the parade Commanding officer laid a flower wreath to the war heroes’ memorial. Afterwards, had an all Ranks Tea party and all ranks lunch. In the evening 3 SLAMC grounds, lighted with a musical extravaganza ending the Coy Day events.
