On the direction of the Commander of The Army, the commemoration of fallen war heroes’ ceremony was held at the Medical Corps Regimental Centre at 0930 hrs on 18 May 2018.
Maj Gen SH Munasinghe RWP RSPUSP Director General Army Health Services and Colonel Commandant SLAMC grace the occasion as the Chief Guest, laid floral wreath to the war heroes’ monument together with the Senior Officers of SLAMC.
The event was consisting with flag raising, recital of the National Anthem and the Army song, two minute silence, reading of The Army Commanders war heroes’ day message, and followed by the address to the troops by the Colonel of the Regiment.
