Officers training day for the 2nd quarter of the year 2018 was held at the RHQ SLAMC Werahara on 12th July 2018 under supervision of Maj Gen SH Munasinghe RWP RSP USP Colonel Commandant SLAMC.
As the first event of the program Physical Training was held in the morning and drill practice and sword drill session for the Junior Officers were held after that. Followed by very important lectures were conducted on, “Healthy ARMY Healthy Nation” by Maj Saminda Kumara from the Sri Lanka Army Medical Corps, and the “Officers ACR” lecturewas done by Maj Samantha Wijeratne from the Sri Lanka Army Artillery Regiment. The training program was ended with the interesting lecture of “Social Etiquette” done by the Group Captain Manoj Keppetipola from the Sri Lanka Air Force.
