Troops of 1 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment Distributed 32 packs of dry rations and essential goods among 32 selected needy families in Korakkankaddu Grama Niladari Division in Kilinochchi on 11 April 2020.
This programme was launched to maintain concession of the people during the curfew period which imposed to avoid spreading of Covid – 19 pandemic, with the direction of Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi, Major General HMJK Gunaratne WWV RWP RSP ndc psc, concept outspoken by General Officer Commanding 57 Division Major General BPS De Silva RSP and close supervision of Commander 572 brigade Brigadier DMPP Dasanayaka and commanding officer 1 SLSR Lieutenant Colonel HESC Hewawasam
