Troops organized & distributed dry ration packs among 47 needy families in 65 Division area on 22 March 2020, to support the National effort to combat Covid-19 Epidemic. The programme was launched with the directions of General Officer Commanding 65 Division, Major General DMHD Bandara RWP RSP USP, under the supervision of Commanders 651, 652 and 653 Brigades, troops of 10 Sri Lanka Light Infantry, 19th Sri Lanka Light Infantry, 17 (V) Sri Lanka Light Infantry, 20 (V) Vijayabahu Infantry Regiment and 7th Sri Lanka National Guard Battalions.
