Under the Guidance of General Officer Commanding 57 Division Major General Pradeep de Silva RSP, the troops of 571 Infantry Brigade provided their assistance to the Kilinochchci Central College to organize their Inter House Sports Meet 2020 successfully in response to a request made by school Principal and parents.
In the presence of Commander 571 Brigade, brigade troops assisted by 9 SLE and 11 CES construct five huts, mobile lavatory facility and moreover, sprayed water on the ground surfaceto the generation of dust in order to create a convenient environment for all participants at the event.
Over and above, prior to the Sport Meet day, the playground was flattened by using heavy vibrating roller, and on the event day, the students were facilitated with a drinking water tank which benefited most during the day heat.
