DISTRIBUTION OF SAPLINGS TO CIVILIANS

As per the directions given by the Commander Security Force (Kilinochchi), with the guidance of General Officer Commanding 57 Division, 1 SLSR Bn Under 573 Brigade organized a programme for distributing Jack saplings for the civilians in the area of responsibility on 23 November 2019. In that, 1500 Jack saplings were distributed among 250 Civilians of General area Uriyan. Representing the Commander 573 Brigade, CAO of 573 Bde graced the event along with the 2 nd in Command of 1st Battalion Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment.
