THE DROWNED MOTHER AND TWO CHILDREN WERE RESCUED BY SOLDIERS

Two soldiers of 5 (V) MIR belong to 66 Division under Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi were able to rescue a mother and two children who drowned while they were bathing at the Arasaurakulam tank in general area Arasaurakulam on 07 September 2019 at 1120 am.

Further they have been admitted to the Pooneryn Hospital and thereafter they were transferred to the General Hospital Jaffna for further treatments. The under mentioned soldiers were brave enough to come forward volountary to rescue the distressed people at the risk of their life.
