Troops of 19 SLLI belong to 651 Brigade of the 65 Division under the Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi took part in a programme to clean up the coastal area of Thewanpiddi in Kilinochchi on 20 June 2019.
The programme was conducted on the directions of the Commander Security Forces Killinochchi, Major General G V Ravipriya WWV RWP ndu IG and under close supervision of General Officer Commanding of 65 Division Maj Gen K A W Kumarapperuma USP.
More than 50 Military troops and Civilians participated in the cleaning programme.
