Kilinochchi troops extended assistance for conduct of the annual Kovil Pooja at Kanakambigai Amman Hindu Kovil on 19 April 2019 at the Security Force Headquarters premises.
According to the instructions of Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi Major General GV Ravipriya WWV RWP ndu IG , troops offered refreshment to the hindu devotees who participated the pooja ceremony. Kurukkals and and hindu devotees in the area appreciated and wished all troops helped them the blessing of gods.
On the final Pooja day, troops provided refreshments to more than 1000 devotees during the ceremony and assisted them to make the event a success.
