MULTI RELIGIOUS LEADERS GET-TOGETH

65 Division has organized a multi religious leaders’ get-together at Division Headquarters premises on 04 July 2018. This great idea was planed under the supervision of General Officer Commanding - 65 Division, Major General Kumara Peiris.

30 Religious leaders from Buddhist, Hindu, Islam and Catholic were participated for the event. All the religious leaders indicated their gratitude to 65 Division and highly appreciated the event since they never had such kind of experience before.

Further, they emphasis this kind of events will increase goodwill and harmony among the religions and as well as military.

All Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers & Civil Affairs Officers were participated for the event.
