662 BDE TROOPS HELP TO RECOVER A VEHICLE BELONGS TO FOREST DEPARTMENT
Sri Lanka Army has extended their assist to recover a vehicle which was met with an accident in Uruthirapuram area. Officials transported Vehicle of Department of Forest has ran off the road while it was travelling from Jaffna to Kilinochchi at around 1720 hrs on 15 December 2017. Troop belongs to 662 Brigade and 20 Sri Lanka Light Infantry immediately deployed to the place where accident was happened and provided their immediate and fullest support with the supervision of the Commander - 662 Brigade, with the guidance of 66 Division Commander Major General Duminda Keppetiwalana RSP ndu psc to get the vehicle on the road.\r\n\r\nThe officials of Department of Forest who had met with the accident paid their heartfelt appreciation to the military personals for their invaluable assistance and support further paid the gratitude towards the General Officer Commanding 66 Division and Commander of 662 Brigade.
