57 DIVISION TROOPS COORDINATE DISTRIBUTION OF DRY RATIONS
Troops of 4 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment under the 57 Division of the Security Forces Headquarters - Kilinochchi coordinated the programme of distribution dry rations packets among selected 10 families in Murukkandi village in Kilinochchi. \r\n\r\nEach dry ration pack consisted of essential items as rice, dhal, sugar, packets of tea, packets of washing powder, soaps ect. Cost of an essential food packet is nearly Rs 2500.00.\r\n\r\nMajor Nalin Wickramaarchchi, Commanding Officer - 4 Sri Lanka Sinha Regiment and members of the general public witnessed the distribution.\r\n
