ANNUAL BADMINTON TOURNAMENT OF SECURITY FORCES KILINOCHCHI CONCLUDED
The Annual Badminton Tournament-2017 of the Security Forces - Kilinochchi was concluded at the Badminton Court of Security Forces Headquarters, on 03 August 2017.\r\n\r\nSecurity Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi, together with Forward Maintenance Area- Kilinochchi, battled out for the championship in the tussle from 24 July 2017 and its drew till the closing ceremony. Team of Security Forces Headquarters emerged Champions whilst 18th Battalion of Gajaba Regiment players were the runners up out of 22 teams.\r\n\r\nCommander, Security Forces Kilinochchi, Major General Ajith Kariyakarawana graced the occasion as the chief guest of the day’s event. The Commander, Forward Maintenance Area - Kilinochchi, all General Officer Commandings, Brigade Commanders, Senior Officers, Officers and a large number of Other Ranks attended the closing ceremony.
