WORKSHOP ON INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW AND CONTEMPORARY CHALLENGES WAS CONDUCTED FOR SECURITY FORCES KILINOCHCHI OFFICERS
International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) in Colombo organized 02 - day workshop for senior officers who are serving at the Security Force Headquarters -Kilinochchi ARO on International Humanitarian Law and Contemporary Challenges at SFHQ auditorium on March 21 and 22. The team of International Committee of Red Cross is consisted with Konstantinos Mortopalus, Regional Armed and Security Forces Delegate of the ICRC and Mr. Channa Jayewardene, Communication Officer of ICRC.\r\n\r\nThe workshop sessions continued for two days with the participation of Colonel Mahendra Fernando WWV RWP RSP USP psc - Colonel General Staff - Security Forces Headquarters, Brigade Commanders and 21 Commanding Officers of Security Force – Kilinochchi area.\r\n
