VISIT TO ARMY BASE HOSPITAL KILINOCHCHI IN CELEBRATION OF SINHALA AND TAMIL NEW YEAR
On the concept of Commander of the Army and on the direction and guidance of Commander of Security Forces - Kilinochchi, Maj Gen A P D Z Wickramarathne RWP RSP ndu psc visited to Army Base Hospital, Kilonochchi on 24 April 2015 reviving age - old practices during the times of Sinhala and Tamil New Year, the Negam Yama (visit to relatives).\r\n \r\nOfficer Commanding of Base Hospital warmly welcomed GOC of 66 Division on his arrival to hospital and briefly exchanged views about the present situation of hospital. GOC of 66 Division expressed New Year message on behalf of Commander Security Forces - Kilinochchi and distributed gift parcels for all in patients.\r\n \r\nSenior Officers and Other Ranks attended this occasion. \r\n
