20 SLLI SOCCER TEAM WON THE SECURITY FORCE (KLN) CHALLENGE TROPHY SOCCER TOURNAMENT-2015
20 SLLI beat 10 SLLI by 1:0 goals and won the Security Force Kilinochchi Challenge Trophy Soccer Tournament held at 58 Div Ground, Kilinochchi on 25 Feb 2015.\r\n\r\nAlso the final soccer match between Urathipuram Sport Club and Udayatharakai Sport Club who were qualified for finals among 32 Football teams in Kilinochchi area. Final match was played at same ground and Udayatharakai Sport Club won by 2:0 goals. \r\n\r\nMajor General Sudantha Ranasinghe, Commander SF HQ (KLN) graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and gave away trophies and certificates to the winning and runner up teams of Army and Civil.\r\n\r\nThe tournament was organized by 65 Div along with 652 Bde under the guidance of SF HQ (KLN) with the intention of promoting affability and competitiveness of the troops in the area. GOCs, Bde Comds, Snr Offrs, Offrs, Other Ranks and civilians attended for the event.\r\n
