VISIT BY DELEGATES OF INTERNATIONAL COMMITTEE OF THE RED CROSS (ICRC) TO SF HQ (KLN)
Mr David Quesne, Deputy Head of Delegation of ICRC and newly appointed field Delegate of ICRC Mr. Patrick Morin visited Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi and met Major General Sudhantha Ranasinghe RWP RSP ndu psc, Comd, SF HQ (KLN) in latter\'s office on 19 Feb 2015.\r\n\r\n Mr David briefed on current ICRC activities in North and took time to introduce new Field Delegate to Comd SF HQ (KLN). At the end of the meeting, Comd, SF HQ (KLN) gave mementoes to the delegates.\r\n\r\n
