INTER BATTALION T-20 SOFT BALL CRICKET TOURNAMENT FINALS AT KILINOCHCHI – 2014
Sri Lanka Army Inter Battalion T-20 Soft Ball finals between 18 VIR and 4 SLAMC was held at SF HQ (KLN) Ground on 31 Aug 2014 and the finals were organized by the SF HQ (KLN).
The Commander SF HQ (W)/ Chairman Sri Lanka Army Cricket Association and Commander SF HQ (KLN)/ Chairman Sri Lanka Army Wrestling Association attended as the Chief Guests and GOC’s/Bde Comd’s/Officers and large gathering of troops were witness the finals.
The team of 4 SLAMC was the Champions of the finals scoring 101 runs with in 15 over$s, while the team of 18 VIR qualified as the Runner up scoring 97 runs all out during 20 over$s. Man of the match was awarded to L/C Ilangasinghe LP (4 SLAMC).
