As per the direction of Commander SF Kilinochchi the Volleyball tournament was conducted with the participation of 22 army teams (men) and another 8 civil teams who are in SF (KLN) AOR.
After all the competitive volleyball matches played at the playground of Kilinochchi Central College on 22 June 2014, 3 GR and 9 VIR teams were qualified for Army teams’ (men) finals and Malayalapuram and Thirunagar teams as civil teams’ finals. 3GR and Malayalapuram teams were champions accordingly.
In addition to that there was ladies volleyball match between 6 (V) SLAWC and Krishnapuram teams. Krishnapuram team was the champions.
Commander SF Kilinochchi gave away the certificates, cups and cash prize of Rs 15000/= cheque for champions and GOCs of 57 and 58 Divs gave away the certificates and cups for the runner up teams at the ceremony held after matches
