APPRECIATION OF THE RENDERED SERVICE FOR “KILINOCHCHI VESAK KALAPAYAâ€
Certificate awarding ceremony was held on 11 June 2014 at the auditorium of SFHQ (KLN) with the presence of the Commander SF (KLN) with the intention of appreciating the service of all who contributed for constructing the Vesak pandol and singing Bhakthi Geetha in both Sinhala and Tamil languages at Vesak Kalapaya which was held on 15 and 16 May 2014 at the playground of Kilinochchi Central College.
The Commander gave away the certificates for all the troops who rendered their service to create and construct the Vesak Pandol and 43 Tamil and Sinhala soldiers who took part in singing Bhakthi Geetha.
653 Bde was awarded with a certificate for giving co-operation to create Bhakthi Geetha, the Commanding Officer of 11 ESR was appreciated for leading the construction of the pandol and all the others who helped to make this event success were appreciated awarding certificates.
