EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN SOLDIERS
Emotional Intelligence Workshop was conducted on 12 June 2014 at Nelum Piyasa with the presence of 100 women soldiers of 6 (v) SLAWC. This workshop was organized by 65 Div to be line with the notion of the Commander Security Force (KLN).
The opening address was delivered by GOC of 65 Div commencing the workshop. Mr. Prasad Jayasena, Managing Director of Emotional Intelligence Institute and the staff conducted the workshop.
The main intention of this workshop was to enhance emotional intelligence and skills of women soldiers to mold them competent.
Recruited Tamil women soldiers in this area also participated for the workshop.
