AWARENESS PROGRAMME ON ELECTRICAL ACCIDENTS AND ECONOMIZED USAGE OF ELECRICITY
An awareness programme on electrical accidents and economized usage of electricity was conducted from 1230 hrs to 1330 hrs on 26 May 2014 for the students of Mulankavil Maha Vidyalaya (National School) and Mulankavil Primary Shool by 11 (v) GR with the collaboration of Mulankavil Police Station under the supervision of this Brigade.
Students were given the opportunity to watch a presentation prepared in Sinhala, Tamil and English language which was provided by Electrical Engineering Office in Mannar. More than 500 students attended for this event and the programme was conducted as two sessions for primary students and secondary students separately.
This programme was held with the co-operation of the Commanding officer, 11(v) GR and the Iinspector of Mulankavil Police Station SI Ariyawansha. The CD which contains the photographs of this occasion has been forwarded with this for your convenience.
