Troops of the Security Forces Headquarters – Kilinochchi warmly welcomed the ‘Paada Yathra’ devotees when they arrived at Kilinochchi area on 04 and 05 August 2019.
On the direction of Major General G V Ravipriya WWV RWP ndu IG, Commander, Security Forces - Kilinochchi, troops of 19 SLLI and 11 (V) GR extended their fullest support by providing refreshment with drinks to the devotees at the Matha Church - Mulakavil on 04 August 2019.
On 05 August 2019, the devotees offered drinking water by the troops of the 651 Brigade at the Paliaru Bridge while they were working towards the Madhu Church.
