Major General Niyshshanka Ranawana, Commander Security Force Kilinochchi addressed troops of 65 Division prior to relinquish of the duties as Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi on 24 October 2018.
During the speech he appreciated all Officers and Other Ranks for their dedication and the positive contribution to the success of reconciliation process. Further, he emphasized importance of the Military Role during the present context and instructed to conduct formal & situational training to enhance professionalism among the troops and maintain the readiness to employee in any contingency.
Finally, he wished all participants and their families well in their future endeavors.
