TROOPS OF 65 DIVISION PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO CLEAN THE TAMIL MIX SCHOOL PREMISES IN KARIYALANAGAPADDUVAN
As per the directions of Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi Major General Ajith Kariyakarawan USP ndc and with the supervision of General Officer Commanding, 65 Division Major General Sarath Weerawardhana RSP USP IG, troops of 11 Gajaba Regiment extended their assistance to clean the Tamil Mix School premises at kariyalanagapadduvan on 06 November 2017.\r\n\r\nWith the monsoon rains, dengue epidemic has aroused around the Kilinochchi area. Hence, Commander Security Forces Klinochchi advised to General Officer Commanding under Security Forces Kilinochchi to pay attention over the school and other public places of the area to restrain the spreading dengue epidemic. 30 soldiers of Gajaba Regiment voluntarily attend to said shramadhana campaign along with the assistance of parents of the school children.\r\n\r\nAt the end of the shramadhan campaign parents and school teachers extended their heartiest gratitude to troops for providing assistance to clean the school premises.
