TROOPS IN 57 DIVISION CONTINUED THEIR COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROJECTS
Under the guidance of Commander Security Forces, Major General Ajith Kariyakarawana, the 3rd Battalion of Gajaba Regiment launched a cleaning campaign in Mankulam Town and suburbs on 03 June 2017 under the direction of General Officer Commanding 57 Division Major General Jagath Gunawardhana RSP USP ndc psc.\r\n\r\n15 military personnel from 3rd Battalion the Gajaba Regiment initiated the cleaning campaign at Mankulam Town and surrounding areas as a preventive measure to curtail spreading Dengue and to make a pristine environment in Mankulam. Troops attended for the said event marked communal harmony among the Military and Civil while all residents appreciated the contribution made by the Military personnel.
