A five day training programme, organized by the Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi for 41 RSMs and SNCOs conducted at the Battalion Training School – Mulankavil from 28 June 2018 to 02 July 2018.
General Officer Commanding 65 Division, Major General Kumara Peiris delivered the opening address as the Chief Guest at the occasion.
The Vision and Scope of the training package is to enhance the practical knowledge of SNCOs while enabling them to perform effectively as junior leaders.
Army Orders, Dress Regulation, Mess Etiquettes, Application of Command, Function and Responsibility of RSM, Leadership, Man Management are among the salient subjects thought during the course.
The course terminated with a colourful Dinner Night and Commander, 651 Brigade, Brigadier Ranjith Abeysinghe graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
