176 civilians in the general area of Kilinochchi, following arrangements coordinated by Major General G V Ravipriya WWV RWP ndu IG, Commander, Security Forces – Kilinochchi received spectacles free of charge during a distribution ceremony, organized by SFHQ (KLN) on 03 November 2019.
This was sponsored by the Association of Ophthalmic Opticians of Subhuthipura- Battharamulla. Those civilians in SFHQ-KLN, AOR after a comprehensive eye tests received spectacles during the ceremony at Nelumpiyasa Auditorium.
Commander, Security Forces – Kilinochchi, Brigadier HMHN Herath Brigadier Admin & Quartering, SFHQ-KLN, Civil Affairs Officers, Senior Officers, Officer and Other Ranks participated in the event.
