Major General K A D A Karunasekara RSP VSV USP ndu psc, Commander, Security Forces Kilinochchi paid his first formal visit to 57 Division area on 30 November and 01 December 2015 after his assuming duties as the Commander SF (KLN.\r\n\r\nActing General Officer Commanding 57 Division warmly received the Commander and troops of 57 Division offered a Guard Turn – out to be line with military tradition. A Field visit was followed by Troops address and Briefing by Acting GOC – 57 Div. Later, Commander SF (KLN) attended tree planting and left memories by signing the visitor’s book to mark his first visit to 57 Division Headquarters on 30 November 2015. Subsequently Commander SF (KLN) visited 571 Brigade, 572 Brigade and 573 Brigade on the same day.\r\n\r\nAs per the part of field visit, Commander SF (KLN) marks his first formal visit to 574 Brigade and 57 Div AIPT School on 01 December 2015. During his field visit in 57 Division AOR Brigade Commanders and Commanding Officers of under command battalions presented a briefing on their deployment, CIMIC activities and other military commitments.\r\n
