SENIOR OFFICERS TRAINING PROGRAMME – SECURITY FORCE KILINOCHCHI
As per the Security Force kilinochchi training calendar 3rd and final training capsule for Brigade Commanders, and Commanders deploy in Kiloinochchi AOR started on 17th November 2013.
Deputy Chief of Staff of the Sri Lanka Army Major General EP De Z Abeysekara USP delivered the key note address. Brigadier retired Sri Mudannayake conducted the lecture on regimentation.
