SECURITY FORCE KILLINOCHCHI CELEBRATES ITS 4th ANNIVERSARY
4th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION- SECURITY FORCE HEADQUARTERS KILINOCHCHI
Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi celebrated 4th Anniversary on 11 July 2013 in grand scale. Troops under Command to Security Force Kilinochchi had the privilege to present a Guard Turnout and a Ceremonial Parade to the Commander Security Force Kilinochchi Major General Udaya Perera. After inspecting the parade Commander Security Force Kilinochchi addressed the troops. In his speech the Commander emphasized the salient areas where progress and success achieved in reconciliation and development process during the last four years thus highly appreciated the troops for their unending service to the nation in brining permanent peace to Kilinochchi.
The Commander further stated that due to the relentless and professional efforts of all serving under Security Force Kilinochchi, today the population is at peace and the society is progressing towards stability and prosperity thus reflecting Kilinochchi in the International map is the highest achievement. He further stated that continuing to do better in the future should be the motive of all serving under Security Force Kilinochchi.
A Pirith Chanting event held on 12th July night adds serenity to the event.
