REGIMENTAL SERGEANT MAJORS IN KILINOCHCHI ATTEND A WORKSHOP ON ‘REGIMENTATION AND PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT’

On a notion of Major General Sampath Kotuwegoda ndc IG, Commander, Security Forces Kilinochchi, a workshop was initiated on ‘Regimentation and Personality Development’ for Regimental Sergeant Majors serve under Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi on 11 September 2020 at Auditorium SFHQ KLN.

Commander SF KLN delivered the opening address envisaging the objectives of the workshop while giving the prominence to the respect, responsibility and the accountability of the Regimental Sergeant Majors. Moreover, General Staff Officer I (Ops) and Officer Commanding Signal Squadron of Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi conducted the workshop on lectures about personality development of Army Soldiers and brain storming session on analyzing the practical situations faced by the military personnel on discipline issues. A total of 40 Regimental Sergeant Majors attended for this workshop.
