REFURBISHED VEHICLES ARE HANDED OVER TO USE OF KILINOCHCHI TROOPS

On the concept of Major General Harendra Ranasinghe, Commander, Security Forces Kilinochchi and guidance of Commander Forward Maintenance Area Kilinochchi Major General Piyal Nanayakkarawasam, handed over repaired and refurbished vehicles for the use of Battalions under command to the Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi, on 27 May 2021.

Two Trucks, three Tractors, ambulance, eighty foot Bicycles and twenty food container bicycles were repaired and refurbished by troops of 7 Sri Lanka Army Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (SLEME) under the supervision of Commanding officer of 7 SLEME Major DMCM Weerakoon Lsc.

Brigadier Admin and Quartering and other Senior Staff Officers of Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi, Commanding Officers, Officers and troops were also present with adhering to all Covid-19 preventive measures.
