Security Force Commander Kilinochchi, Major General S Ranasinghe RWP RSP MSc ndu psc paid his first official visit to 653 brigade on 05 March 2014 where he was received by Maj Gen GRH Dias USP psc IG, the General Officer Commanding 65 Division. SF Commander visited Headquarters 653 Brigade, 10 SLLI, 20 GR and 7 SLNG and he has listened to the operational briefings of the brigade commander and the respective commanding officers.
