PEACE BUILDING THROUGH RELIGIONS, SPORTS AND ARTS PROJECT 2015
\r\n St. John Ambulance Association and its sister organization AMDA International(Association of Medical Doctors of Asia ) have been conducting many projects and programmes in the past for reconciliation, peace and development of Sri Lanka. \r\n\r\n Keeping another milestone in their mission, St. John Ambulance Association in collaboration with Association of Medical Doctors of Asia International, has arranged peace building through Religions ,Sports and Arts programme form 22nd to 24th August 2015 at Vivekananda Vidyalaya, Kilinochchi and at 3rd Battalion Gajaba Regiment. \r\n \r\n Sri lanka Army has organized volley ball training session and volley ball match at \"Harmony\" volley ball court at the Mankulam. A camp fire was arranged for students who took part in the project. 72 students representing Sinhala, Tamil and Muslim communities took part from Matale, Kilinochchi and Tincomalee districts respectively. \r\n\r\n The event was organized on the direction of Comd SF (KLN) and it was appreciated by the participants of St. John Ambulance Association and AMDA International.\r\n
