NEWLY RECRUITED TAMIL WOMEN IN KILINOCHCHI VISITED COLOMBO
25 x Tamil women recruits participated for this field trip who are undergoing recruit training course No. 2 which is on process under the supervision of 6 (V) SLAWC.
They visited very significant places in Colombo where they have never been in their life time such as National Museum of Colombo, Nelum Pokuna (Lotus pond), Galle Face and National Zoological Gardens during their stay in Colombo from 30 June 2014 to 02 July 2014.
This trip was organized with the intention of refreshing the minds of recruit women and giving the exposure to the places in the country which will be helpful for their future career. The Commanding Officer of 6 (V) SLAWC, officers and instructors participated for the tour.
