Major Sudantha Ranasinghe is a highly qualified and decorated senior military officer who possesses an unblemished military career of almost 33 years. Well experienced senior officer who excelled in all assignments command, staff and instructor. He was the former Commissioner General Rehabilitation who designed and carried out the rehabilitation and reintegration of 12000 beneficiaries which was considered as the best and most effective rehabilitation model in the world especially the children forcibly employed by LTTE. People of Kilinochchi got the best replacement to Major General Udaya Perera who did a splendid job in Kilinochchi now assigned as the Security Force Commander Jaffna.
