Mr. Marc Soupa, the newly appointed head of the International Committee of Red Cross -Vavuniya office visited the Security Force Headquarters – Kilinochchi on 7 June 2018 as a courtesy visit.
Mr. Marc Soupa was accompanied by Ms. Anne Melotte, the outgoing ICRC head of Vavuniya and they were warmly welcomed by Major General Niyshshanka Ranawana, Commander, Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi.
During the meeting, the Security Force Commander enlightened them on current roles and tasks of the Security Forces in the area with the coordination of the ICRC – Vavuniya.
