Colonel KLSS Liyanagama RWP RSP assumed office as the Officiating Brigade Commander of the 663 Infantry Brigade of the 66 Infantry Division of the Security Force Headquarters - Kilinochchi (SFHQ-KLN) on Wednessday (19) at Jayapuram, Poonaryn during a brief ceremony giving prominence to religious observances.
The newly-appointed Officiating Brigade Commander was greeted with a Guard Turnout at the entrance of the 663 Infantry Brigade Headquarters upon his arrival. As a token of memory, the new Officiating Brigade Commander planted a sapling in the 663 Infantry Brigade Headquarter premises.
Commanding Officers of 15 SLA, 2 SLNG and staff officers serving under the 663 Infantry Brigade were also present at the occasion.
