Colonel SDNC de Silva assumed duties as the Colonel Admin and Quartering of Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi on 31 May 2021. With the blessing of ‘Pirith Chanting’, new Colonel Admin and Quartering placed his signature in an official document to signify the acceptance of his new appointment.
