NATIONALISATION OF AN AYURVEDIC HOSPITAL BY COMD SF(KLN)
Government Ayurvedic Hospital at Olumadu area which belongs to Mullativ District was employed by terrorists during war period and it was smashed due to Wanni Humanitarian Operation. Thereafter 532 Bde temporary located at this premises constructing a new building for their utilization.
Resettlement programmes were launched to hand over civil lands and buildings to civilians in post conflict period. When military vacating the civil/ state lands and buildings where they established, 532 Bde handed over Ayurvedic Hospital premises to 3 GR on 5 Oct 2014. Then it was renovated by 574 Bde with the collaboration of 3 GR.
Comd SF (KLN) declared opened this renovated Ayurvedic Hospital at Olumadu on 9 Oct 2014 and officially handed over to Dr. Mohan Ras.
