MILITARY SUPPORT FOR TRANSPORTATION FROM PUNARIN TO COLOMBO
As per the direction given by the Comd SF (KLN), 66 Div has coordinated with civil authorities in the area and organized a direct bus service from Poonaryn to Colombo from 02 Nov 2014.
It has been scheduled to start at 0500 hrs from Pooneryn and reached to Colombo at 0230 bas next day whilst it starts to return at 0730 hrs on the same day from Colombo and reach Pooneryn at 0300 hrs on the next day.
The route of the bus service in the A-32 road from Pooneryn, Ulankulama, Wedithalathiv, Settikulama, Medawachchiya, Anuradhapura, Dambulla, Kurunagala via Colombo. Bus fare for one passenger is Rs.600 .
