On the direction of Commander SF (KLN), medical programme was organized on 27 February 2015 at Harmony Center Kilinochchi in line with world cancer day falls in February 2015.\r\n\r\nThe programme was organized by Armour Coord and Dr. D Vinodya, Director of Health Services in Kilinochchi Office conducted a comprehensive lecture on oral cancer and breast cancer.\r\n\r\nRegional Director of Health Dr. D. Vinodya, Dr. Shantha Fernando and his staff at non infectious diseases section of Regional Health Service Office, Lt Col T C Harasgama RSP, Health Project Officer of Harmony Center, Civil Affairs Officers of Divs and 150 civilians were present for the programme.\r\n
