Mobile medical clinic prior to the distribution of spectacles was organized on 05 October 2014 at Harmony Center Kilinochchi, on the direction of Comd SF (KLN).
Two hundred and fifty pairs of spectacles and medical treatments were given away at the medical clinic conducted by Rotary Kandy Heritage. Director of Rotary Kandy Heritage, Desha Shakthi Deshamanya Sunil Wekadapola and 12 medical officers took part in this event.
More than 850 civilians came for the clinic and some of them were referred to Kilinochchi General Hospital for further treatments. Comd SF (KLN) and Bde comd 571 visited the place during the clinic.
