The Commander of the Army instructed to all SF HQ\'s to screen the live web telecast of Defence Seminar - 2015 which will be held from 24 May 2015 to 27 May 2015 at Officer Career Development Centre Buttala.\r\n\r\nUnder direction of Commander Security Forces Kilinochchi live web telecast Of Defence Seminar - 2015 is screened in the auditorium of Security Force Headquarters Kilinochchi on respective days for the Officers presently serving in the Security Forces Kilinochchi area.General Officer Commanding, Brigade Commanders, Commanding Officers and Senior Officers attended this programme.\r\n
