On the concept of the Comd SF (KLN), a Leadership workshop for follow up trg for Commanding Officers was organized at auditorium in SF HQ (KLN) on 07 Dec 2014.
Mr. Ranjeewa Kulathunga, Managing Director, Chief Consultant and Mr Dinesh Watawana Consultant Intercontinental Institute of Human Resource Management (Pvt) Ltd - Colombo conducted the workshop. Knowledge and ideas disseminated were immensely benefited to enhance senior officers on leadership aspects. At the termination of the workshop, Comd SF (KLN) presented mementoes to two guest speakers in appreciation of their valuable service.
Comd SF (KLN), GOCs of 65, 66 Divs, Comd FMA (KLN) and senior officer of Divs/Bdes/Units were attended for the workshop.
